[Rates]

We charge a flat rate of $50 per hour, so a three-hour cleaning would be $150. The more time you book, the bigger area and/or the deeper your PrettyBoy will be able to clean. You may prioritize which areas or tasks you'd like your PrettyBoy to focus on to maximize his time there, but he will find plenty to clean with or without specific instructions. Please allow at least 45 minutes per room as well as additional time for any deeper cleaning tasks such as cleaning the inside of your oven or refrigerator to ensure there's enough time to cover each area you'd like cleaned.

[Tips]

Although gratuity is not required, if your PrettyBoy exceeds your expectations, he will greatly appreciate your generosity for a job well done. We prefer that tips are paid directly to the PrettyBoy in cash.

[Guarantee Policy]

We want you to be completely satisfied with our work. If after final inspection you notice an oversight related to the task agreed upon with the PrettyBoy, he will take care of it immediately at no additional charge. If he has left and you notice within 24 hours that your PrettyBoy missed something, he will return, fully clothed, and redo that area at no charge to you.

We keep a current inventory of the skills PrettyBoys have besides cleaning. Contact us and we will try to find someone appropriately qualified. Requests have included such things as:

Occasionally we all need some serious housecleaning done. The following services are out of the scope of regular cleaning but we can certainly arrange a PrettyBoy to do the work for you. We ask that you reserve at least four hours and prioritize the tasks you want done.
Dusting and washing blinds.
Spotting or vacuuming furniture.
Cleaning rugs and carpets.
Cleaning inside refrigerator, oven, or exhaust hood.
Cleaning inside cabinets or drawers.
Walls, baseboards, and windows.

Our standard two-hour service is usually sufficient to clean a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment or condo. Some homes and apartments are smaller or cleaner than others, so if he finishes early he will be happy to do other chores until his time is up. If your place is larger, has lots of items to work around, or otherwise might require more work, your PrettyBoy will let you know what is possible and you can decide priorities together.

Generally your PrettyBoy should be able to do the following:
Floors-vacuum, sweep, and mop as needed.
Dust all furniture, shelves, and their contents.
Clean bathroom sinks, counters and their contents, mirrors, sinks, tub, shower, toilets.
Clean outside of stove, refrigerator, and other kitchen appliances.
Clean kitchen sink and counters.

You are welcome to add or subtract items depending upon your needs and what the PrettyBoy can accomplish.
