With NYC starting to move in the direction of opening back up, cleaning is on everyone's mind. Here is how to handle office/communal spaces and your home.

Research is now showing virus load is a large factor in transmission and surfaces are not as dangerous as we first feared. It doesn't mean that you can't get COVID from a surface, it just means that volume plays a part. If you're home, just have safe practices around wearing gloves & and masks in public then washing your hands as you enter your home.

When we return to communal spaces it's important to treat all hard surfaces that others have access to as potentially having Corona Virus. This is where proper hygiene practices and cleaning protocols should help in keeping us all safe. Wash your hands frequently, wear a mask, and as much as possible open windows, and keep the fresh air circulating.

Covid can feel like a scary monster under the bed that will get you, but if you follow some simple guidelines it reduces your risk for contracting the virus.
