Spent about 8 hours documenting this house with the full treatment today. Bracketed stills photography, aerial photography and video, walk through video and three stories worth of floor plans.

Here is some hybrid work we did a couple weeks ago for .inc in collaboration with my good friend Amanda of . Amanda is an amazing artist and illustrator who also has a lifelong deep love for all our furry friends. This was a promotional event for the pets and pet parents of The Oriana in New York City, one of the most pet-friendly residences in the city.

As socials-focused campaign, we shot pretty much everything vertically. Integrated stills and 4K footage from the Nikon Z8, Z6ii, a humble Samsung Galaxy S23 and and even more humble Pixel 4a on a tripod for the painting time lapses. Some brief drone footage was also captured via the DJI Mini Pro 4 (because I had it with me and why not) and it all came together in Premiere Pro CC

6 hours condensed into 35 seconds.

A lot of my work tends to be ongoing, thankless and transactional. Which is fine most of the time because a lot of projects can be corporate or mundane. Sometimes clients will only reach out with requests for revisions or "can we just erase x, y, z from these two photos?..."

But every once in a while I get some sweet unsolicited feedback that really warms my heart and reminds me why I love doing what I do. As was the case with this longtime friend who needed a photographer for her daughter's baptism last minute. Her message to me is in the 3rd slide.

I was recommended to her through a mom group by another mom and friend, so I'm just feeling really grateful and thankful for my friends and community who value my work and have kind words to say.

It's been a tough time lately so I really needed this virtual pat on the back. 🥰
