For Triangle Deli in New Orleans, we provided a thorough cleaning of all flatwork and the gas station canopy. Our regular service includes cleaning this location every 45 days, where we apply a commercial-strength degreaser to remove oil from the porous concrete, followed by hot water cleaning at 220 degrees and complete gum removal.

For our customer in New Orleans, we performed our semi-annual courtyard flatwork cleaning. We thoroughly cleaned the area, removing all organic matter before applying a special detergent that penetrates the porous brick and concrete, ensuring a long-lasting clean by eliminating any subsurface growth.

In Slidell, we made an exception to our usual practice by using high pressure for paint preparation. This process effectively removed loose paint and any debris. Following that, we applied our softwash solution, ensuring that all organic growth, visible or not, was eliminated, leaving the chimney perfectly prepared for the painting team.
