And today… you get me. 🫶
Hi, I’m Anna, the owner and founder of Tidy Little Things!
I’m a wife, a mama to three beautiful babies (two toddlers and a pr***en 😅), and a dog mom to our sweet black lab, Izzy. My family is truly my everything, and they are the why behind all of this. 💗
When I’m not working, I’m usually in full-on mom mode! You can find me at the New Kent Youth Association T-Ball fields cheering on my little one or over at Virginia Elite Gymnastics picking up my daughter from her competitive team practices. 🫶
I also love getting out and enjoying local spots, whether it’s visiting a nearby winery, Pine Fork Park with my family, or grabbing a bite at Don Miguel’s. And let’s be honest… you’ll catch me in the Starbucks drive-thru daily because that venti iced shaken espresso is life! ☕️
Or… you can find me behind the scenes managing invoices, scheduling quotes, doing walkthroughs, responding to texts and calls, and being a slightly overwhelmed woman-owned business owner!
On the weekdays, you’ll probably spot me at Food Lion grabbing a last minute dinner for the family. And Sundays? Those are for family, usually starting with a Cracker Barrel breakfast (easiest place to take toddlers lol) and somehow ending up at Home Depot or Lowe’s stocking up on cleaning supplies for the week… and I somehow always leave with flowers, a plant, or some new item for a home reno I’m about to volunteer my husband for in our house (sorry John)! 😂
I started Tidy Little Things in May of 2025 with a vision, to build something meaningful, something I could be proud of, and something that truly helps people. What started as a simple idea has grown into a business I pour my heart into every single day. And now, it’s become a trusted local company with the most amazing team beside me, delivering five-star service to our community.
And yes… my favorite thing to clean is bathrooms 😅 there is just something SO satisfying about taking a glass shower door or a buildup-filled toilet and turning it into a sparkling, fresh space.
But what I love most about what I do isn’t just the cleaning, it’s the feeling we give people. Helping overwhelmed moms, busy families, and hardworking individuals walk into a clean home and just exhale… that’s everything to me.
I also truly love the relationships that come with it, meeting locals in our community every day, building long-term connections, and getting to be a small part of their lives. Watching their babies grow into toddlers, hearing about their days, their families, and everything in between… it means more than people probably realize.
Over time, clients become more than just clients…they become familiar faces, friends, and part of our routine. Even their dogs and cats start to know us and greet us at the door 🐾
And then to see them out and about around New Kent with a wave, a smile, or a quick hello, it just makes that small-town feeling even more special. It gives me such a sense of pride in what I do and the relationships we’ve built here. 💗
Life gets chaotic, and if we can take even one thing off your plate and bring a little peace into your home, then we’ve done our job. 🤍
