To our customers receiving these letters: They are for information only. You are not in any kind of trouble. Nothing needs to be done to get you "in compliance". According to the lady we spoke to this morning they mailed out 11,000 letters and have received several hundred phone calls to clarify that this is only to let you know that you are responsible for maintaining your own sewer system.
