Summer is just around the corner. A few tips if you have an R22 Freon system please make sure that your HVAC company no matter who you use, only adds R22 to your system. There are a lot of so called drop in refrigerants that are cheaper than R22 but unless all the directions for use are followed they will destroy your compressor in a short time. These refrigerants are made to replace R22 but you must remove all the old oil from the system including draining the compressor, the new oil must be weighed in and a sight glass has to be mounted onto the compressor to insure proper levels, if this isn't done then the new R438A or R419B or whichever is used will not work correctly. Cottonwood and Dogwood trees so will fill our sly with white downy little blooms these will find there way onto the A/C Unit and plug it so watch for them and rinse your units off before they get to covered.

We're starting to catch up, just in time for the dog days of summer!

I can't tell you how much we appreciate the patience of our customers at this time. We are prioritizing are work to take care of the sick and elderly first and going by order of who has been waiting the longest. I know were just over a week into summer and I think its time for fall and sleep for our crew. Janette and I will be working on the 4th but everyone else will be off with their families.
