We would like to inform you that the prices listed on our website or service menu are base pricing. However, certain factors may increase the price once our team arrives on-site. These factors may include but are not limited to pets, extra rooms, very dirty rooms or spaces, or customer requested add-on services. We would like to remind you that extra bedrooms will incur an additional charge of $25
each, while extra bathrooms will cost an additional $10 per bathroom. If you have pets, the price may increase by $10 to $100, depending on shedding, hair buildup, and pet stains in carpet. Additionally, please note that extra dirty rooms will carry a minimum fee of $25.
