We have finally found a solution to all the hair (and they match our branding as an added plus)!!!! If you have pets or clean STRs (short-term rentals) then you know what a struggle it can be to get all the hairs off linens and towels. Hairs can make or break a good cleaning review. My employees know that if there is one thing I try to hammer home it is to “LEAVE NO HAIRS BEHIND”. Since bringing the laundry “in house”, we have been trying different products to pull the hairs off sheets and towels in the dryer. We are excited to have found something that finally works! My back went out a couple days ago so I have been lying in bed. 😢 I am not one to sit still and not be productive in some way so I have been finally editing and creating my training videos from old footage. This past year I have been working closely with an amazing business coach who used to own a cleaning company but now coaches other cleaning business owners like me. With her support we have continued to perfect our training program over the last few months. We are now working on short training videos for all of our employees. Elyse has definitely mastered the art of folding the fitted sheet!

140 cleanings this month alone! This is about 50% more than last year at this time. Add in lots of changes at the office, losing some amazing employees to moves/ career changes, hiring and training new employees, and a new CRM system that continues to help us grow! The H-QC team doesn’t back down from a challenge. Summer 2026 we are ready for you!

This weekend my oldest turned 21 and my baby will be 13 tomorrow! Add in the crazy of 11 cleanings, a sleepover party tonight with 5 teenage girls, homemade pizza and strawberry shortcake, etc. This mom is tired! 😴 Happy birthday, Will and Elyse! Love Mom. ❤️
