Please read all listed for details on pricing as our prices have changed with prices of supplies, fuel and taxes rising. Unless discussed prior on pricing this is new prices for all new an existing clients. All prices now have to include tax due to tax law changes. Also an additional $20 charge per 20 miles over anything more then 45 miles from Providence Ky.
$100 for 3 hrs if under 2000sq ft
$120 for 3 hrs if 2000-2500sq ft
$140 for 3hrs if 2500-3000sq ft
$160 for 3hrs if 3000-3500sq ft
$180 for 3hrs if 3500-4500sq ft
Taxes will be added to amount also.
$120 for 4hr under 2000sq ft
$140 for 4hrs if 2000-2500sq ft
$160 for 4hrs if 2500-3000sq ft
$180 for 4hrs if 3000-3500 sq ft
$200 for 4hrs if 3500-4500 sq ft
Or we have a 5hr deep clean for $375 for any size under 2500 sq ft an get free add on of inside window cleaning. 2500-4000 sq ft is $435. Anything over 4000sq ft will have to be looked at an priced accordingly. Half payment due at time of scheduling.
