Vendor registration for our September 26th Community Event is CLOSING on September 16TH! ⏰
If you’ve been thinking about joining us, NOW is the time to secure your spot!
We’re looking for a few more businesses in select categories, including:

🍔 Savory Food Vendors

We currently have 9 spots available, and about half of those are already pending! 👀 That means the remaining spots are going FAST! This is an opportunity to get your business in front of local families, while being part of a fun, community-focused event!
🚨 VENDOR FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS 🚨
🎨 Craft + Children’s Activity Vendors — $25
💧⚡ Water/Electric hookup: +$5 (Bring long extension cords)
🍔 Food + Drink Vendors — $50
💧⚡ Water/Electric hookup: +$5 (Bring long extension cords)
PLEASE NOTE: All food and drink vendors are REQUIRED to have all applicable permits in place BEFORE participating in the event. Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining their required permits.

🪑 NEED TABLES & CHAIRS?
If you need tables and/or chairs for your vendor setup, please let us know when you register. We have a connection with a rental company that can provide them, but their delivery minimum is $100. If enough vendors need tables/chairs, we can coordinate the order together to help meet the delivery minimum. Please let us know ASAP if you need rentals so we can plan accordingly!
📣 YOUR VENDOR FEE INCLUDES PROMOTION!
Your vendor fee includes promotional content development for your business AND placement of that promotional content into our paid social media advertising campaigns. We want to get your business in front of potential customers BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER the event! The sooner we finalize our vendor lineup, the sooner we can begin creating promotional content and getting it into our advertising campaigns. 🚀📲
