Lave STR Cleaning

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀.
In a short-term rental, bathrooms are one of the first places guests notice - and one of the easiest places for “clean enough” to show.

𝗔𝘁 𝗟𝗔𝗩𝗘, 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝘂𝗽. 𝗪𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘁.

These before-and-after results are from a recent cleaning for one of our customers.

Because when your next guest walks through the door, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀.

𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱.

𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 isn’t built when everything goes perfectly.

It’s built by how a company responds when something doesn’t.

Recently, we discovered an issue affecting one of our customers. We immediately made things right.

Her response meant a great deal to us:

“𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆, 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱. 𝗪𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀.”

That’s the standard we want every LAVE customer to experience - whether we’re caring for their property, communicating, or handling something behind the scenes.

𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀.

We’re honored to be featured in 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗡𝗼𝘄 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁. If you 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗔𝗶𝗿𝗯𝗻𝗯𝘀, see why hosts are switching to 𝗟𝗔𝗩𝗘.

City Now Next is a publication focused on business, economic development, and real estate investment in Nashville.

The article highlights our mission to bring 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆, 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 to short-term rental cleaning - helping hosts protect their 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

After more than 25 years in the cleaning industry in Nashville, I saw the same challenge repeatedly in the STR market:
“My cleaner is 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 – and 𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻’𝘁 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘀”.

That’s exactly why I built 𝗟𝗔𝗩𝗘. LAVE was created to 𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸𝘀 that directly impact host 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘀 & 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲.

Our model combines:
• Automated scheduling
• Photo-verified cleans
• Proactive photo-documented issue reporting
• Premium-paid, trusted cleaners

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲:
To deliver 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀-𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀 for Nashville STR hosts.

Thank you to City Now Next for the feature and thank you to the Nashville business community for your support.

Nashville’s STR market has exploded. Now hosts need a more 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 – 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿.

I’m incredibly grateful for the early support from our investors, partners, and the Nashville business community who believe in what we’re building.

And we’re just getting started!

Choose short term rental cleaning in Nashville - Lave with our professional vacation rental cleaning service for fast turnarounds and five-star guest reviews.

03/02/2026

Hi! I’m Jim Buzhardt — founder of Lave.

I started my first cleaning company here in Nashville over 20 years ago. By 2014, we were cleaning over 3 million square feet and had built a reputation on reliability and trust.

After selling that company, I saw a major problem in the short-term rental industry:

𝗛𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘂𝗻𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀.

Lave was built to fix that.

We’ve combined decades of cleaning experience with modern technology, automation, and accountability — specifically designed for Airbnb and VRBO properties.

Our mission is simple:
𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲. 𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱.

I look forward to hearing from you!
