This quote is for empty houses or apartments. Move-Out and Move -In. 🏠
The total cleaning price is based on:
-The square footage and how many bedrooms / bathrooms are in the house.
-The cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment.
-The cleaning services of basic and deep cleaning.
-The working hours and car gasoline and car extra expenses.
The prices are:
-For 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.Total 150$
-For 2 bedrooms and 1 and a half bathroom. Total 165$
-For 3 bedrooms and and 2 bathrooms and a half.
Total 200$.
-For 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Total 250$.
-For 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Total 300$.
- The extra big rooms like:
bonus room, office, laundry, basement or garage will be counted as an extra room. It will be an extra cost of 25$ each.
-The removal of debris, cosmetics, food, clothes and any other house whole, will be an extra minimum charge of 25$ per room to start with. But the price will varied according the amount of debris etc in every room of the house. I will ask the tenant to send me pictures first, so I can give you a final price. Upon arrival if the area is deemed to hazardous due to chemicals, hazardous debris etc I reserve the right to terminate the cleaning agreement.
- After completion it is required that payment be submitted at the same time I send the pictures of the cleaning day, via my Venmo account:
