The company started in 2007 as a way to supplement income for newly divorced owner & Mother Denise Conover while attending college to become a nurse. Faith, perseverance, and the closing of Helen Fuld’s night nursing program turned this extra income into a b

usiness. Helping others, making a difference in people’s lives, and standing out from the folks going to their J-O-B everyday was becoming an unexpected reality found in cleaning while the door closed on the dream of being a nurse. We have been a part of the lives of hundreds of appreciative clients and employees that learned a life lesson or two while working for JLM … “Just Like MOM”.

Our Story

My name is Denise; I am a mother, stepmother, grandmother and the owner of this growing cleaning company. Needless to say I've cleaned a thing or two.

While going to school to be a nurse, realization set in that I was already making a difference in people's lives by cleaning homes by providing peace and free time to my clients. These dedicated clients have allowed me to continue to provide well paying jobs to members of the community. The team members that work with me are a huge asset to me and those we serve. JLM would not be what it is today without them.
