Good morning everyone,
I'm posting about a new policy that I have to put in place.

If you book a cleaning, payment should be made immediately after services are provided. Unfortunately that has NOT happened for a few cleanings. I'm a very understanding person but when I provide a service and payment is NOT made it truly puts me in a BIND.

Starting today payment MUST be arranged before the cleaning is started. For most customers this will NOT affect you, but for customers that are not present for the cleaning payment must be sent prior to starting.

I accept CASH, CHECK, and VENMO payments currently.

Rest of DEEP CLEAN
Depending on client's request, DEEP cleans usually include: washing walls, windows, baseboards, etc. Basically if I see something it will be like NEW when I'm done.
