HELP WANTED – Vacation Rental Cleaner

Looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners for vacation rental properties in the Lake of the Ozarks area.

This is not basic housekeeping. Turnovers require attention to detail, the ability to follow checklists, and pride in leaving a property guest-ready.

Requirements:
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently
• Smartphone for photos and communication
• Weekend availability is a must
• Reliable childcare is a must. Children and babies cannot be brought with you while cleaning.
• Must be dependable and show up when scheduled
• Ability to lift, bend, and stay active throughout the day

Duties Include:
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Making beds and staging properties for arriving guests
• Washing, drying, folding, and putting away linens and towels
• Cleaning and tidying outdoor patios, decks, and pool areas
• Cleaning grills and ensuring outdoor amenities are guest-ready
• Reporting damages or maintenance issues
• Taking before/after photos when requested
• Restocking supplies as needed

Pay based on experience and performance.

This position is best suited for someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time. Quality is more important than speed. I am looking for people who notice the details, not people who rush through a job and call it done.

Hi folks! I hope the new year finds everyone happy! Winter season is almost over (You won't hear any complaints about that from me) and spring is right around the corner. (Again no complaints here)
I have a few openings for deep cleans, move in/move out cleans, office cleans, or construction cleans. If you or someone you know could benefit from my help give me a shout!
