We're Growing Our Moppin' Mommies Team!

We’re looking for the right person to join our team.

Moppin’ Mommies has been a family-owned and locally owned cleaning company since 2003, and we’re proud of the team and company culture we’ve built over the years. We’re selective about who we bring onto our team because the people who work here matter to us, and we want to make sure it’s the right fit for everyone 🩵

This is a part-time position, mainly residential cleaning with some commercial cleaning.

🕕 SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY

You must have Monday through Friday availability, but this does not mean you will work every day. The days and hours scheduled can vary from week to week.

Some days may start as early as 6:00 AM, with our workday typically finishing around 2:00 PM. Flexibility is important because schedules and cleaning needs can change.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who:

🫧 Has excellent attention to detail
🫧 Is dependable and takes their responsibilities seriously
🫧 Is flexible and understands that schedules can change
🫧 Takes pride in doing a job well
🫧Works well with others and contributes to a positive team environment
🫧 Is comfortable working independently when needed
🫧 Is able to be active and on their feet throughout the workday
🫧 Has reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and insurance
🫧 Is looking for more than just a temporary job and would like to be part of a company with an established team and culture

NO CLEANING EXPERIENCE? THAT’S OKAY!

We care more about finding the right person than finding someone with professional cleaning experience. We can teach you how we clean. We’re looking for the qualities that can’t always be taught.

Our hiring process begins with an interview. Candidates who we feel may be a good fit will then be invited to a paid working interview. This allows both of us to make sure it feels like the right fit before moving forward.

If hired, you’ll receive hands-on, paid training in the Moppin’ Mommies Method.

Today we say goodbye to Delaney as she begins an exciting new chapter as a teacher. For almost 3 years, she has been part of our Moppin' Mommies family and we have loved having her on our team. She has always been dependable, kind, hardworking, and willing to help wherever she was needed. She has been such a wonderful example of what Moppin' Mommies is all about.

Delaney, we are so incredibly proud of you. Thank you for everything you've done for our team. While we're going to miss seeing your smiling face and your giggles, we know you are exactly where you're meant to be.
