We’re hiring a Lead Carpet Cleaner in Mount Dora, FL! If you have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the confidence to lead a team, we’d love to hear from you.

This full-time, day-shift position includes leading residential and commercial carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaning jobs; operating truck-mounted and portable cleaning equipment; ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction; training and mentoring new team members; and managing job documentation and daily reports. Sundays are off.

Qualified candidates should have at least two years of customer service experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, a clean background record, a positive and optimistic attitude, strong work ethic and customer service skills, and the ability to lift and move equipment and furniture.
