PRICING LIST

Serenity Shine Cleaning Services Price sheet
(all prices are subject to change)

This is a base price list to give clients an idea of the pricing that is typical for basic services I offer. There are things we can add or remove depending on your needs, to truly customize a set of services for your specific needs.

Basic Clean (this is for homes that are of average size 1000-2000 sqft, and overall tidy)
-Wipe down surfaces in each room (tables, counters, cabinets, etc)
-Clean sinks (bathroom and kitchen)
-Wipe down exterior of appliances
-Scrub shower/tub
-Clean toilets
-Vacuum
-Mop
$150 (if you are on a schedule with me for two or more basic cleans per month the price is reduced to $100 per clean)

Deep clean add ons
-Bathroom (includes cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces, tubs/showers, toilets, floors, walls, mirrors, light fixtures, exhaust fans, doors, cabinets, counters, faucets, wastebaskets, shower caddies, decorative items, windows etc.)
$75-125 depending on size and condition of bathroom

-Kitchen (includes cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces, counters, sinks, interior and exterior of cabinets and drawers, small appliances, floors, walls, baseboards, backsplash, large appliances, light fixtures, trash cans, windows, dishes and utensils, etc.)
$100-150 depending on size and condition of kitchen

-Living space/bedrooms (includes dusting of all surfaces, removing wall hangings to dust and clean behind, pulling out furniture to clean under, light fixtures, baseboards, walls, furniture, pillows, blankets, carpets/rugs, hard flooring, wipe down electronics, disinfect remotes, windows, curtains, blinds, decorative items, air vents, trash removal, decluttering, etc.)
$100-150 depending on size and condition of living space

-Move in/Move out clean (includes cleaning walls, spot cleaning ceilings, light fixtures, flooring, disinfecting high touch surfaces, deep cleaning bathrooms, vacuum, mop, baseboards, exterior and interior of appliances, moving appliances out to clean under them, windows, blinds, doors, counters, sinks, tubs/showers, toilets, etc.)
$100-150 depending on size and condition of home

We also offer deep cleaning of certain items/spaces, with or without cleaning of other areas. Just tell us what you're looking for and we can work with you to ensure that you're getting exactly what you're looking for.

Deep cleaning projects: we offer all levels of deep cleaning, and they can be combined with regular cleaning services, or can be standalone services. From baseboards and floors, to draperies and appliances, and all the things in between.

Outdoor chores: We offer basic weeding services, as well as small pressure washing projects, cobweb removal, outdoor furniture cleaning, and other outdoor projects to help you keep the outside of your home in spectacular shape as well.

We offer competitive pricing, and the ability to customize the services that you need, without having to pay for the things you don't need. We are truly a client based company, and want to make sure that you're not only getting the services that you need, but that you're happy with the work we are doing for you.
