NOTICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS: Zero-Tolerance Smoking Policy

We pride ourselves on providing a clean, safe, and comfortable space for everyone in our community to do their laundry.
Unfortunately, we continue to deal with individuals smoking inside our facility during unstaffed hours. Smoking inside this building is illegal, a fire hazard, and a health risk to everyone who uses our space.

To be clear: we have a zero-tolerance policy.
This evening, local law enforcement was called on an individual smoking inside the premises. Moving forward, we will continue to monitor our security cameras and immediately report any and all individuals smoking inside directly to the police. Violators will be trespassed from the property and subject to fines or legal action.

How you can help:
If you ever see someone smoking or violating facility rules while using our laundromat, please do not confront them. Call the Mound City Police non-emergency line directly at (913) 795-2749 or send us a direct message here on Facebook with the time and date so we can review security footage.

Thank you to our loyal patrons who respect our space and help us keep this facility clean and safe for everyone! 🧼✨
