One of the most common questions we get is how we price our cleanings! 🧼🏡

At our company, we charge based on square footage rather than by the hour. This helps keep pricing fair and consistent for every client.

Why? Because every home is different! A larger home naturally takes more time, supplies, and effort to clean than a smaller space. Charging by square footage allows us to give you a more accurate estimate upfront — with no guessing games. 🙌

Your quote may also vary depending on:
✔️ Current condition of the home
✔️ Number of bathrooms
✔️ Pets
✔️ Type of cleaning requested (standard, deep clean, move in/out, etc.)
✔️ Add-on services
