Morning Teaser- coming soon before and after pictures of the "Case of the Vinton Cutting Saddle" this is the conclusion of the last video I made. I was told by the owner it was not a rough out and it turned out he had had the saddle for so long he forgot it was originally a rough out 😆 It is a great well made saddle and i can't wait to show you the results but stay tuned cuz we still have a bit of work to do. I think the picture below is similar to what it would have looked like new but with less tooling

Update: working hard to clean all the dirt and residue off this Vinton, is slow going but we are getting down to the rough out on the seat will post pictures when done as a big reveal!

Interesting find while cleaning my latest saddle never seen a build up that gets kind of sticky - stay tuned to see how this nice vinton saddle turns out
