Attention Public Notice-
We experienced some problems with a client today on a Move-Out Clean. Client was asked at the end to do a walk through and let us know if she noticed anything was missed, Got told it all looked amazing and She wrote out a check and paid me for the job, We drove over an hour to the client house, used all of our cleaning products to clean the home. when I got home I received an email stating she had canceled the check and that the job was not even half done. She is now refusing to messaging back and pay for said job. So As of today March 31st,2026 we will no longer accept checks as a form of payment. On big jobs like move out/move in and deep cleans you will be asked to pay half up front. Before/After pictures will be required as well. We always ask client to do a walk through after the job is done, if you find anything wrong with the clean we ask you to tell us then because we have no problem fixing it well we are there. We are always willing to work with clients and help them out. I’m sorry this is having to happen but We work very hard for what we have and what we do and this is unacceptable.
