One thing we’ve learned from cleaning homes every day: maintaining a home feels a lot less overwhelming when you stop trying to do everything at once.

A few things that genuinely help keep a home feeling more manageable between cleans:

• Reset one room before bed instead of the whole house
• Keep countertops as clear as possible
• Run one load of laundry all the way through in the same day
• Focus on “high impact” areas first (kitchen, main bathroom, floors)
• Don’t save every task for one exhausting cleaning day
