We owe our customers an honest update. ❤️
The last few months have been, without a doubt, the most challenging stretch we’ve experienced since starting Two Guys One Can.
At the beginning of summer, we upgraded our trailer and had all of our equipment mounted and ready to go. Shortly after getting everything set up, our pressure washer started having issues and took us off the road for a week or two.
We finally got back up and running, only to start having transmission problems with our old work truck. After trying to keep things moving, we made the decision to invest in a newer truck and eliminate the trailer altogether. We purchased a secondhand Ram 3500 from Lynch Truck Center in Waterford and had all of our equipment professionally mounted on the flatbed.
Unfortunately, we ran into mechanical issues with the Ram as well, and the truck had to go back into the shop this past Wednesday.
The team at Lynch Truck Center is doing everything they can to get us back up and running, but unfortunately, the current prognosis has us looking at sometime late next week.
We know this has been frustrating — especially for the customers who have had their appointments moved more than once. We completely understand that frustration, and we are genuinely sorry.
We’ve even reached out to other local bin-cleaning companies to see if they could help take care of some of our customers while we’re down. Unfortunately, some are out of town and others simply don’t have the availability to take on additional work right now.
Please know that we are doing everything we possibly can behind the scenes to get back on the road and get everyone taken care of.
Honestly, we’ve experienced more problems in the last three months than we have in the previous three years combined. It has been incredibly frustrating for us too, but we’re not giving up. We’re pushing through it, working with the shop, and doing everything we can to keep Two Guys One Can moving forward.
To everyone who has been patient, understanding, and supportive — THANK YOU. We truly appreciate it more than you know.
And if you’ve reached the point where you need to cancel your service because of the delays, we completely understand. There are absolutely no hard feelings, and we’re more than happy to help you find another option in the meantime.
We’re hoping to be back on the road very soon. 🤞
Thank you for sticking with us.
