Here at Dukes Septic we take pride in satisfying our customers! We are not one of those in and out companies. We are not satisfied until the customer is satisfied.

We have been getting several phonecalls from people stating that OTHER Septic companies are telling them we are no longer in business. We want our present and future customers to know that YES we are still in business!!

Also a big question we have been getting is do you have to sign a contract to be serviced by just one company. The only septic system that you nees to sign a 2 year service contract for is an OEM system. Any other system you can use who you prefer.

What's the best highlight of 2023 you say??😊 I would have to say when a customer asked if we were a real company. We won the bid on a new septic install which need to be subcontracted to an electrician. The customer became a little weary when we told them that they didn't need to provide their own electrician. (We subcontract with many electricians.) WHY is that?? They had consulted another company which told them they needed to provide their own electrician. I'm not sure if this is the reason we lost the contract but this is just my assumption

So why is this important for me to share! Although there are many septic companies in good ole delaware, we all do something a little different than our counterparts. We run our business that best suit everybody involved from the owner to the employee to the subcontractors.

So YES! We are a real company. My grandfather started this business about 60 years ago. He has since passed on and I have been overseeing/running it for about 14years. My grandfather taught me everything I needed to know about the wastewater industry and I've done my very best to make him proud and my customers satisfied.

I'm still a little tickled behind the concern, but cautious is the best way to be.
