Brand-new truck. Still not perfect.

Most people assume a 2026 Chevrolet Silverado HD 2500 rolls off the lot with flawless paint. It doesn't. Between the factory, transport, and the dealer lot, new paint picks up swirls, haze, and wash marring, and a big truck has a LOT of paint to show it.

Here's what we did on this one:

🔧 Step 1: Paint Correction

We machine polish the clear coat to level out those defects. We aren't hiding anything with a filler or a wax. We're refining the surface so it reflects light the way it should.
