Who is really representing you?
The VA Senate just passed the Governor’s amendment adding language to the budget repealing driver’s license suspension for failure to pay fines/fees. The VA House also passed the amendment 70-29. Legal Aid Justice Center and The Virginia Legislative Black Caucus have been working on this issue for a long time!
