We need your help!

Our 5 star Google Streak has been ruined by a bully.

I have always tried to be the best paying boss I could be. I truly care about my team. I am a hard worker and expect our team to do the same for all our amazing clients who support us.

But this guy, he’s a bad apple. Do us a solid and “report his review.” I would LOVE to see it get removed.

Tell him to use his free time before the long weekend to go pick on someone his own size like a pharmaceutical company.

Field & Administrative Coordinator + New Client Specialist for Happy House

Location: In-Office (Middleton, WI)

Hours: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay: $24.00 / hour starting base
Great PTO after 6 months

About the Role:
At Happy House, we value communication, professionalism, and learning. That’s how we aim to be the best cleaning company in Dane County. We are looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive person to join us in-office as our Field & Administrative Coordinator + New Client Specialist.

This fast paced role bridges the gap between our clients, our field technicians, and organizing the business. If you love solving daily puzzles, keeping people connected, and turning friendly conversations into new business, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Field & Administrative Coordinator (Operations Lane)
Be the Team Bridge: Keep communication flowing in real-time between our office staff, clients, and technicians in the field.
Solve the Schedule Puzzle: Manage the schedule as client cancellations and technician call-ins occur in real time.
Support the Field: Handle the details—making sure notes, job specs, and resources are clear before techs step through the door.
Run the Office: Take ownership of day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the business running smoothly.

2. New Client & Marketing Specialist (Growth Lane)
Welcome New Clients: Act as the first point of contact for new inquiries, answering questions and turning raw leads into scheduled bookings.
Bridge Sales & Service: Work closely with technicians to accurately update CRM notes and service instructions.

What We’re Looking For in an Applicant:

High Autonomy: Love to dive in and teach yourself? This is the place for you. We empower our team to solve problems, take initiative, and optimize systems without micro-management. We trust you to own your lane!

A Great Communicator: Clear, friendly, and professional written and verbal skills.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating (or willing to build that skill quickly) Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and AI tools to keep things efficient.

A Master Task-Switcher: Ability to pivot between client calls, schedule adjustments, and admin work without losing your place or letting details fall through the cracks.

A Puzzle Solver: You actually enjoy logistics and making complex schedules fit together effortlessly.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $24.00 per hour.
1 week of PTO per each year of employment. Eligible for PTO after 6 months of employment
No health benefits. No 401K reimbursements at this time.
Frequent team outings, lunches, and dinners

Hot week. Obviously. 🥵

We think it's obvious that the A/C should be cranked when your cleaning technician arrives.

Don't be that guy who disagrees.

It makes our job so much harder. Your toilets sweat, your floors take forever to dry... and our faces are literally dripping onto your perfectly dusted coffee table.

Please, for the love of air conditioning, turn that thermostat down **BEFORE** we arrive.

Keep your sauna cranked the rest of the week—but not on cleaning day. 😅

Your cleaning technician will thank you (silently, because we're too polite to ask).
