🌴Sunset Island IV. One of Miami Beach’s most coveted addresses — gated, waterfront, and quietly iconic.

For this custom estate on Sunset Island, our most requested Murano Series color mosaic, "Rich Forest” class the entire swimming pool, spa, and clod plunge — a deep, luminous natural green that mirrors the water and the lush grounds surrounding it. Designed by architect Cesar Molina , the home sits on over 23,000 sq ft with 150 feet of frontage on the calmest body of water on the bay. The pool isn’t just an amenity here — it’s architecture. When set out to create a private wellness-focused outdoor environment for his home, he trusted CPS Outdoors to bring the vision to life. One of the highlights of the project was a custom VersaCourt basketball court designed to complement the property while creating a space for fitness, recreation, and family enjoyment.

Installing a stainless steel perimeter overflow pool and spa hundreds of feet above the ground is never simple — especially when every lift, alignment, and timing window has to be exact.

For this luxury residential tower in Surfside, our team coordinated a full-day crane operation to place an 800 SF stainless steel perimeter overflow pool and 70 SF spa atop the building. The installation required two cranes operating from opposite sides of the property, with pool sections weighing nearly 12,000 lbs each carefully lifted into position one piece at a time.

Before the first pick even began, our team spent days preparing the structure, verifying slab elevations, laying out control gridlines, and ensuring every frame location was perfectly aligned. Weather delays, wind, and logistical challenges throughout the day made precision and patience even more critical.

These are the types of technically demanding projects CPS Outdoors is built for. From luxury residential towers to large-scale commercial developments, our team has the experience, coordination, and field expertise required to execute complex aquatic installations where there is no margin for error.
