I started Scrub And Roll after struggling to find employment that fit my needs and valued my abilities. I wanted to create work that mattered to me—caring for the mobility devices we depend on and serving a community I’m part of. 💙♿️
My mission is to grow this business into a place where other people with disabilities can earn fair pay, contribute their skills, and feel respected. I’m still building toward that goal, and every paid booking, referral, and shared recommendation helps move it forward.
Supporting disabled entrepreneurs means recognizing the value of our work and choosing to invest in it. Encouragement matters, but paying for our services creates opportunities to keep going and grow.
In honor of National Disability Employment Awareness Month, I’m sharing this moment with my friend—the laughter, teamwork, and joy that remind me why this mission matters.
