Knocked out a punch list for a new customer this evening. Replaced both exterior door k***s and deadbolts, put 2 k***s back on closet doors, put 2 pull k***s on bifold doors, replaced 1 light bulb, replaced doorbell switch, installed 1 a/c register, tightened 2 toilet lids, and replaced a gate latch. I like these little jobs that we can get in, get out and get on to the next one

I have been real busy the past few weeks, not just getting ready for the the bearded fat man to come by. We helped the awesome people at Plato's Closet Collierville give their store a refresh. We installed 8 picture boxes, 5 slat walls, 4 logos and melamine around their cash wrap area. Tomorrow we will be working on our own house. We have been replacing the siding, windows, facia, and soffits for a little over a year now. Some days it goes smooth and we get a ton of stuff accomplished. Some days its 1 step forward and 2 steps back. I feel fairly like we are on the downhill side now. I'll post a few pics by the end of the weekend.

Things come in waves, last job I did was install a 100+ year old mantle. That has been a few weeks ago now, today I went to help a long time customer with an issue at his rental property and boom...just like that we have 1 new job to go look at and 1 to do when the parts arrive. Keep me in mind for your handyman type work, I don't typically have the time to take on big jobs yet but would to help you with your smaller task. Everything from changing out light fixtures and receptacles to hanging pictures.

Jess"s husband and their son went and added 2 can lights in the soffits on this beautiful home. Justin is getting some very useful life experience at a young age. A little before and after of a job we did tonight. Old flood light was wired to a carport light using romex stapled across the ceiling. The customer wanted a new high tech ring flood light installed and to have this mess cleaned up and done away with. So we ran new wire, mounted everything in boxes and made it up to code. It was good doing some work for an old friend and making his home safer for him and his wife.
