The stress of this business today was full strength! Had a 2 hour 1st time business meeting with the President of a Condo community in Cocoa Beach! I think it went well! He is going to present it to the board members next week. If approved he will call me back for a 2nd meeting with the rest of the board. Now, I wait...

Had lunch today at a beachside café and overheard 2 ladies at a table next to me talking about their new cleaning service provider. They made comments of dissatisfaction and the high price it cost them. I, of course, approached them with my business cards in hand. They were happy to talk with me and scheduled appointments for their homes. Always a great way to start the New Year with new clients! :-)
