🚧Replacement Septic System! 🚧

We’ve installed another concrete Jet Aeration NPDES! This project had its fair share of challenges, with storm lines buried deep right where the new sewer line needed to go, and a deck where the tanks needed to be dropped. But our team got it done efficiently!

We meticulously reassembled everything and backfilled with stone to ensure the pipes are well-supported, preventing any settling that could affect the sewer lines or storm drains.

💩🚰 This week’s Septic install!🚰 💩

This week, we installed a Drip Distribution System! 💧✨ Did you know we brought these innovative systems to Ohio and worked hand-in-hand with the Ohio EPA to get them originally approved? They were nicknamed the "Suburban Drip," and we couldn’t be prouder to be a part of this initiative!

Our Drip Distribution Systems are designed to maximize efficiency! They feature a panel that alternates drip zones every other pumping cycle, ensuring the zones are never over saturated. With a carefully layered construction of 4-8 inches of graded sand and topped with another 4-8 inches of premium topsoil, these systems are engineered for longevity! 🌱

The magic happens with zones that have supply and return lines, allowing waste to gently drip through small emitters every two feet. The design ensures proper flow as waste loops back and forth, using 6 lines in each field AND includes drain back lines to keep things clean and efficient. It's the perfect eco-friendly solution for effective waste management when installed properly!

💩✨ **New construction Installation Update!** 💩✨

This week, our team installed a Norweco Singular Spray system! 🚿 This septic system keeps our environment clean by effectively treating wastewater before it gets discharged.

-Key Features for this system:
🔹 **Ultraviolet Disinfection Bulb**: Waves goodbye to harmful bacteria!
🔹 **Bio Kinetic Effluent Filter**: Ensures only the cleanest output. This filters helps catch any residual solids after the Aeration treatment.
🔹 **Norweco Aerator**: Breaks down waste effectively by providing fresh air to the aeration chamber!

Here’s a fun fact: In Ohio, all septic spray systems—yes, even this one—discharge at 4 AM to avoid any human contact with waste dispersal. 🕓🚫💩

🌿💫Last week, we completed the installation of a 80 foot sand mound system thats composed of 120 tons of sand and topped with 35 yards of topsoil! 🌱

So, how does it work? The sand mound utilizes a corrugated 4” PVC pipe with an inner 1 1/2-2” pipe that has evenly drilled 5/8” holes. This design allows for efficient waste dispersion throughout the entire mound, ensuring optimal performance! 🚰

One important tip for maintaining this system? Regular upkeep as most of the new systems need. We recommend flushing the sludge build-up from the mound at least once a year to keep the mound operating efficiently and prolong its lifespan.
