We at JanTotalElites are looking to build our team of exceptional cleaning associates. Candidates must have a desire to work hard and strive to do their best job. Cleaning can be therapeutic and great exercise. This is a great position for someone who is looking for a part time/semi make your own hours. Or a stay at home mom looking for some work during the school hours. We clean several apartment complexes move outs and common areas so a good work ethic is a must. We are looking for someone reliable and has a close attention to detail. We ask that you have reliable transportation as jobs are at different complexes around the CSRA area.

Specific job duties vary depending on the position, but all include general cleaning tasks such as:

Responsibilities

*Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)

*Clean and disinfect apartment units and common areas(dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)

*Perform and document routine inspection of cleaning instructions

*Carry out heavy cleansing tasks

*Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

*Cooperate with the rest of the staff
Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills:
*Proven working experience as a cleaner or willing to learn
*Ability to handle moderate weight
equipment and machinery
*Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
*Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
*Integrity
*Ability to work as a team
