• Monthly customers will be skipped, and a credit will stay on your account for next month’s cleaning
• If you’d prefer to be rescheduled instead of skipped, just message us
• Bi-monthly & quarterly customers will be rescheduled automatically

Cold Weather Update 🥶🚫🗑️

Mother Nature has decided to crank the freezer down again, and unfortunately our equipment refuses to work when the high for the day is under 25°F (honestly, we don’t blame it).

So here’s the deal:

Monthly customers: You’ll be skipped this round—your bins are officially on winter vacation.

Bi-monthly & quarterly customers: You’ll be rescheduled to the next day warm enough that our equipment doesn’t threaten to unionize.

Thanks for rolling with the cold and for being the best part of our route. Warmer days are coming… eventually. ❄️🧼😅

Did you know that we offer Holiday Extra Bag Weeks?
Residents can set out 2 extra bags of garbage, without stickers, on their scheduled pick-up day during the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays.

Friday, November 28 - Wednesday, December 3, 2025 and Friday, December 26 - Wednesday, December 31, 2025.

Please set your extra bags several feet away from garbage/recycling carts. Find this and more solid waste info on our website at www.bettendorf.org/SolidWaste

We’ve added lights to our rig so we can keep cleaning like it’s high noon… even when it feels like midnight at 5pm. 😅
