Our customer needed a new water line due to the age and condition of the existing system.

We called 811 and sure enough; everything was in our way: Sewer, power underground, neighbors water/sewer… 😣

So we hand dug this water line underneath the footer and installed new 3/4 PEX-A! Perfect time before cold weather hits! 💦 👨‍🔧

We are extremely grateful to land this job, but let me tell you; this one is tough. 💪🏻

We were called out to repair the tub drain, install a hydrant, and a kitchen faucet (hydrant and faucet installed ✅)

The cast iron drains failed, most of them being underground, so we opted to replace it all! We started outside where the line had been excavated about 5 years ago and tied into the PVC.
💩 👨‍🔧 👩‍🔧
We dug out the cast iron, and got some pvc ran over to the toilet. I was only able to get the toilet plumbed in today. We are returning to pipe in the laundry & kitchen tomorrow. I didn’t start laying new pipe until about 2:00 🕑

I forgot to take a before picture, but this is a repair made on soft copper for this propane system. The line was kinked in several spots! We cut it down low, put on a 90, then a new flex line with a shut off.

We got this new 3/4 PEX water line installed in Gleason for a repeat customer! We redid all of the sewer line about 2 years ago.

We had to hand dig 2’ on either side of the gas line then we used a trencher for the rest!
