Today is a heavy day.

We lost a very special client, Terri. She was one of those rare people who made you feel seen and cared about, no matter how small the interaction. Every time we came to clean her home, she didn’t just treat us like a service—she treated us like people. She would always ask about my life, what was going on, and genuinely listen.

In this line of work, you don’t always expect to build real connections. But sometimes, without even realizing it, those once-a-month visits turn into something more. A routine becomes a relationship. And that’s what makes days like today so hard.

It’s not just about losing a client—it’s about losing someone who brought kindness, warmth, and conversation into your life.

Terri, you will truly be missed. Thank you for your sweetness, your curiosity, and the way you made us feel welcomed every single time.
