This basement was in need of an update.
All new drywall for the ceiling and around the stair-well,
New ceiling lights,
New flooring,
Fresh paint,
Fresh wood stain in the stair case,
And a quick aluminum trim for the exterior door.

These simple things really made the basement a nice and cozy place to relax and have a good time.

Customer called saying that they had someone fix the drywall in their ceiling. This is how the other worker left it, unfinished and even more work for the next person. That being said, after some new drywall and some paint you can’t tell the difference.

Bathroom portion of the basement remodel finished! I am very happy with how this one turned out. It was a fairly involved project including a shower demolition and custom framing for the sliding door to allow for the installation of the new shower. The rain shower head is awsome and matches the aesthetic of the modern vibe in this bathroom very well. To finish it off I added some modern lights, black and white paint and some new fixtures. Excited for the next one!

I had a lot of fun helping the customer with this job. I built this fence last winter and stained it this summer. The original fence was unstable, rotting away, and just needed to go. With a little bit of time, love, and care I was able to demolish the old fence and start fresh to build a new, quality fence. Followed by some landscaping  maintenance and a fresh coat of mulch, this backyard looks brand new! Not only was the customer happy with how it turned out but pleased to know that the quality of the fence will last quite a long time.
