A GC doesn’t need another cleaning company.

They need one less thing to worry about.

That’s really the whole pitch.

We know construction cleaning.

Not just “send some people in and make it shiny.”

We understand the difference between a rough clean, final clean, touch-up, and turnover.

And we remember the people who showed up for strangers.

People who gave blood.
People who opened their homes.
People who searched, carried, comforted, prayed, and helped however they could.

9/11 wasn't just a date in history.

It was someone's mother.
Someone's father.
Someone's child.
Someone's friend.
Someone's whole world.

Twenty-five years later, may we never reduce those lives to a number.

May we remember their names.
Their families.
Their stories.
And the ordinary moments that were supposed to come after that morning.

To us small means still building.

It means they are working 10 times harder than a corporate company.

I started as a helper at 14.

To date it's been nearly two decades in this industry.

Not behind a desk.

In the field.

In that time I've worked with solo cleaners, small businesses, apartment turnover companies, commercial crews, corporate cleaning franchises, janitorial subcontractors, property management companies, construction companies, and I've run my own cleaning business through every stage imaginable.

I've seen what excellence looks like.

I've also seen what happens when companies cut corners.

I've been the subcontractor sent into commercial buildings with no background check and no insurance because someone wanted the cheapest labor they could find.

I've watched companies sacrifice quality for speed.

I've worked for companies with systems systems that delivered consistency every single time.

Every experience taught me something.

Some lessons showed me what to do.

Others taught me exactly how untrustworthy this industry can be.

In 2020, I established my LLC.

The years that followed taught me something even more valuable.

Knowing how to clean doesn't automatically teach you how to build a company.

Running payroll.
Building hiring systems.
Creating SOPs.
Developing quality control.
Managing compliance.
Building vendor relationships.
Automating operations.
Preparing for state and federal contracting.

That's a completely different skill set.

For the last three years, I've been intentionally building that foundation.

Because our goal has never been to stay "just another cleaning company."

Our goal is to become the company clients and our community can depend on—whether we're cleaning a small office, preparing a unit for turnover, or working with property managers and GC's to deliver that final touch up cleaning before the deadline.
