Hi Amanda,

I got your house cleaning referral from Lydia Gu and heard that you were really outstanding. I am a landlord and was wondering whether you would be available to clean two of my apartments. One of them is at 863 Massachusetts Ave and is about 450 sqft. The other one is 6 Kelly Rd Unit 2 (which I think you came by already once to clean). My understanding is that your rate is around $45 but probably depends on the size and type of place. If you could get back to me with an estimate, it would be greatly appreciated!
