What we do for our STRs
For all bedrooms: remove cobwebs, remove finger prints from windows, wipe down window sills, dust clean and remove any items in night stands and dressers light fixtures, under beds dust bedframes and change linnens, make sure TV has no fingerprints/dust, vacuum/mop
Every Bathroom: cobwebs and vents no dust, windows, stock all supplies such as refilling hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, clean toliet , bathtub/glass shower, mirrors, change garbage, vacuum/mop,
Every kitchen:cobwebs, inside/outside of cupboards, appliances in and out, dishes also checking dishes in cupboard to make sure no dirty dishes in cupboards, stocking, windows, coffee pots, change garbage, vacuum/mop
All other areas: cobwebs, under furniture and furniture cushions dust and sanitize all surfaces/decorations, windows including patio doors, stock wood in house if needed for fire place, vacuum mop, and the grill which usually takes 10-20 minutes depending on use, change batteries in remotes/smoke detectors, change light bulbs
Also update owner of any damages or maintenance that needs done ,send pictures, and keep an eye on supply level and let owner know. All laundry and stain removal when possible.
We also do Residential, Post Construction, Party Clean ups and more ☺️
