Hello and welcome!

I am Erika Corona founder, owner and operator of Utterly Clean. My biggest achievement has been overcoming my fear of owning my own company to helping families all around Seattle thrive. I am a mother of three wonderful boys and now a grandmother to 3 incredible grandkids. I was raised in Guadalajara, Mexico but my heart forever is in Seattle. ♥️ When I’m not working you will find me spending time with my family or studying the word of God.

Utterly Clean started with the love that had for my clients and their families working in another company. I really enjoyed helping them and their families thrive but I had to find my own path. I now have had clients that have stayed with me during this journey while adding some new “family” members. I am truly blessed to have my clients trust and support and goal is to repay that trust with hard work, respect and the kindness they deserve.

Want to know one of the FIRST things I did as a cleaning company owner? I created a cleaning service checklist - a list of jobs we would do at each visit to make sure our clients were happy and could expect consistent work. I called it our 59-Point checklist. This was a great sales tool, training tool, and helps manage everyone's expectations.
Oftentimes, I get asked by both people who do and don't use a cleaning service what they should clean each week or two. This cleaning checklist is the perfect companion tool. Use it to see what the pros do at work, and decide the cadence and level of detail you'd like when it comes to cleaning your own home. Assign tasks to family members, or if you hire out your cleaning work, use this as a guide for your cleaning person or crew.
