In my opinion, Chicago is one of the top-10 rock-n-roll bands in history, and "25 or 6 to 4" is one of the top-20 songs of all time. Although much has been made about this song's lyrics, I believe Robert Lamm (the song's writer) provides the best insight and its most profound message. What can we learn about life from Chicago? I write this for the men and women with whom I've served over the years. It would be impossible for me to count the number of extraordinary Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines, and Coast Guardsmen who have suffered my company in the last couple of decades. We are looking for commercial cleaning contracts in the Lynchburg and Staunton (VA) areas. If you are aware of a business or other commercial entity in these areas currently searching for a cleaning service or looking to change cleaning companies, please send the name and contact information to [email protected] or call our office at 434-237-4675. Also, please send along your name and contact information (phone and preferred email) so we can reach back should a contract arise.

Robin Allen Cleaning, LLC, reserves the right to follow-up only on those leads that seem most promising and assumes no obligation to turn any lead into a contract. If your lead results in a contract, however, we will award you the one-time, $200 “finder’s fee” 30-45 days after contract commencement and first invoice of the new customer.

On the off-chance that two people offer the same lead, the finder’s fee will go to the person who offered the lead first in time as determined by email timestamp or call-received time.

There is no limit to the number of leads offered per person, and the one-time finder’s fee will be paid for each new contract added to our business, per the schedule and conditions above.
