* CANCELLATION POLICY *

It is in full effect for everyone.

**Less than 48 hour notice, you pay in full the amount due of your cleaning. 48 hours or more notice is a $50 fee.
Must be paid at the time of cancellation.
This also goes for-
•if you’re scheduled and I can’t access into the home for whatever reason and have to leave
•if I get there and you don’t have electricity and/or water
•if I travel to you but weather/flooding doesn’t allow me to get to your home
These will result in a full cancellation fee.
Rescheduling- $50 fee day of canceling and then full price day of cleaning.

I’m running a LOVEly special for the month of 🩷February🩷 for new clients!

If you schedule anytime in the month of February, you will be put into a drawing for a discount on your second cleaning!
Drawing will be done on video and posted on March 1st.

Rules:
-schedule with a non refundable deposit (deposit does go towards the cleanibg fee total)
-discounted second cleaning is to be used within 30 days of winning or it is void
