Lead men will be in charge of working and making sure the pool is done correctly. Also will be in charge of his helpers. Lead men have to have at least 5 years aboveground pool installation experience or the drive and prove themselves. Looking for someone who takes pride in their work. The pay depends on the experience of you show us you can get the job done. Each crew will be three people looking for hard working helpers who also take pride and their work. My cousin and I will both be helping and we will know if you are telling the truth about experience in 10 minutes. Good pay begins in April.

Replacement liners.I find online that will be delivered in 3 to 5 days. When everything is ordered, we can come in and bring your pool back to life. I found a company thepoolfactory.com that sales above or semi above ground pools that will arrive to your house in 10 days. We can install it the week it comes in, but we will end up being very busy, so if you order your pool from any company you will be out on the schedule right then. I work with a company familypoolfun.com and I will give you $300 to 450 off installation if you use them. These pools are the top of the line pools. Jay, my sales rep, can tell us when it will arrive. This keeps me from buying pools and having to make them up 40 percent like all other companies. It took me years to pick this company and get it where they pay me a percentage. This makes the pool company pay me instead of the customer. This is only possible because of the internet and coming up with new ways to run their business based online. Now days its all about these pool will last 25 or 30 years only having to replace the liner about ever eight years. I have a sales rep from their company personal cell number you can call and speak with about warranties, arrival time, different brands, discounts, and anything else you may need to know about their pools. I have to give you his number in a personal message because I message him and give his number out daily almost for four years straight. I can answer any questions about installation. please pm me. I can help you build your pool but both websites and I feel they are equal, ive installed alot from both companies and their is very little difference. But we are a family owned pool installation business started 35 year's "Cool Pools" with my dad and one of his friends who is now the Vp of blue world pools. I took over and I found a way to make it affordable for almost everyone. This is really just now the start of being able to order a pool online from a pool warehouse company . Before you had have a building with a pool outside for advertisment, hoping someone would drive by and see it. Plus they buy wholesale the cheapest pools they can find . I refuse to work for any company because they only care about money and couldn't care less about the life long memories family memories having a pool. Pool season is almost here.Get your pool ready now so it will be ready to swim when it gets warmer. You wont have to deal with any anxiety trying to find a installer or company. Don't wait until it is hot and decide you want a pool. You can have one in just a few days from when you order it. Every pool installer and pool companies will be booked up for months.
