Today is repair day. We fix more than horse blankets. This bag had lost its handles. With just four O rings and some webbing, it's ready to go back to work.

Let’s start off blanket season with a clear reminder.

If you want your blankets washed, a completed and signed laundry form is not optional. It is required. This has been communicated multiple times.

We recently received 40 dirty blankets with no forms enclosed in the bags. This creates delays, confusion, and unnecessary extra work that slows down service for everyone.

Forms are available on the pricing page of our website, www.horseblanektwash.com or message us and we’ll send one to you. If you don’t have a printer, you may write all requested information on a piece of paper.

Please also limit bags to two blankets per bag. We handle a high volume of laundry, and overweight bags are unsafe and difficult to manage.

While we may know your blankets need washing, we do not know if you want repairs or waterproofing unless you clearly indicate it.

Going forward:
• Blankets sent to us without a completed form (or written equivalent) will not be accepted or processed
• You will be asked to return and complete the required paperwork before anything is checked in

We are committed to providing efficient, high-quality service, but that only works when our intake process is followed.

Due to rising fuel costs, we now require a minimum of 10 blankets for free local pickup. Local pick up includes areas within 25 miles from Ludlow MA.
If there are less than 10 blankets, you will be charged a $25 additional fee each way.
Before scheduling a pick up, be sure all blankets are bagged and that you have enclosed our laundry ticket inside the bags. We ask that you place no more than two blankets per bag as they get heavy, If we arrive at the scheduled time and the blankets are not available, you will be charged a $25 pick up fee. Before scheduling a drop off of your clean blankets, be sure to have collected all payments.
You’re always welcome to drop blankets off at our home by appointment if you’d prefer to avoid the fee.
We appreciate your understanding — fuel and travel time add up quickly, and this helps us continue offering pickup service for everyone.

It's our favorite time of the year. Although we're open year round, warm weather means even more horse laundry! We look forward to seeing our regular customers and meeting new ones this year.
