What you’ll do:
📞 Communicate professionally with customers via phone, text, and email
💻 Manage customer records and clerical tasks within our database software
🗓️ Basic scheduling with efficiency and accuracy
🧭 Use maps and logistical planning to optimize daily routes and jobs
💳 Process customer payments and handle basic financial transactions & collections efforts
📨 Take and relay messages promptly to management and team members
What’s required:
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Comfortable with general computer use (training provided on all systems)
✔ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
