It was 7pm, the car was prepped with parts removed then found the wrap to be defective.
-
It got stressful pretty quickly because the supplier was closed and we knew we could not deliver the car the same night, as promised.
-
We called the customer to explain the situation and with confidence we guaranteed to deliver the car the next day.
-
He was very understanding and agreed to leave the car overnight. The wrap was completed the next day with a bonus exterior detail on us.
-
The moral of the story is... things don't always go right!
-
When it doesnt, it is up to the business to make it right.
-
If they don't, they don't deserve your business. If we don't, we don't deserve your business either!
