As we continue working hard on renovations, we’re thrilled to finally share some BIG NEWS…

When we reopen, we’ll be making our own small-batch ice cream—right here in the shop, in the heart of downtown Hillsboro. Every scoop will be crafted with care using high-quality, natural ingredients and made fresh in-house.

When Tim and I decided to take on this new adventure, we knew we had to do something special to honor Hillsboro’s long legacy of makers, innovators, and hometown pride. HILLSBORO CREAMERY is our way of contributing to that tradition—one handcrafted cone at a time.

We’ll continue working hard and fast so you can enjoy our ice cream this summer—stay tuned!

Thank you followers with my CEO experience! I will continue to serve the people that have contacted me with things they need done! However this business I have decided to make it something I will be doing on the side. I learned a lot about the business experience and will be applying it to the rest of my life. My name is Garrett Hale and I plan on starting my journey as a firefighter in Texas this September so I will be unable to work this in Litchfield IL. when at school.
